This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.

Grab a lawn chair and come sit for a spell while enjoying live music in the village every Friday in May from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Cannonsburgh Village. This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing.
