Murfreesboro Greenway System
Each month we will post on facebook a picture of a landmark on a certain portion of the greenway. Participants send in a picture of themselves at that landmark to receive a day pass to Boro Beach.

Zumba® is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program that fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes. It combines the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. All fitness levels are welcome.

This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Join us on a hike as we look for birds. We will identify birds we see as well as hear. This is a great time as many birds are building nests and looking for mates. This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing.
