Murfreesboro Greenway System
Each month we will post on facebook a picture of a landmark on a certain portion of the greenway. Participants send in a picture of themselves at that landmark to receive a day pass to Boro Beach.

Walk, bike, run or even crawl 100 miles on the Greenway and get a really cool t-shirt and sticker! You have one year to complete the 100 miles and then turn in your sheet to get your shirt and sticker. Registration required. For all ages.

This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Spiders, beetles, and ants oh my! Come out the Wilderness Station to learn about some of the common bugs and spiders we can find here in Middle Tennessee. We will then go on a hike to find some of these creepy crawlers, looking at them up close. Please dress for the weather. Mondays & Fridays • 2:15-3:00 pm
This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing.
