Zumba® is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program that fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes. It combines the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. All fitness levels are welcome.

This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
Calling all wizards, witches, and warlocks! Join the Wilderness Station for an enchanted hike though Barfield guided by staff. Enjoy crafted "buttery beverage" (non-alcoholic) by the campfire and get up-close looks at the resident owl ambassador! Don't forget to dress to impress the head mistress of magic! For those who want to brush up on your Spanish or just want to speak to your neighbor, come join this Beginning Spanish Course with instructor Gloria Arndt. This course will continue for 6 months (March- August) for the onetime fee of $15.

Mondays & Fridays • 2:15-3:00 pm
This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing.
