Step & Tone This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

Mr. Willie McGowan was the driving force behind the restoration of Bradley Academy as a cultural center and museum. As a former student, he was committed to saving the building from destruction and making it a center of community. His legacy as the “Father of the Bradley Academy Historical Association” has continued with his descendants; Willie McGowan Jr., J.R. McGowan, and Jason McGowan. Annual fundraiser will be held at Bradley Academy Museum from 10am-2pm. Join us as we celebrate!
Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
Join us for a beginner's archery lesson. We will go over the parts of the bow, technique, and then get to opportunity to shoot. Please note that this program requires a 1-mile walk on our paved trail to the campground area. Space is limited and preregistration is required via the link nor at the Wilderness Station. $10/person (adults and youth 10+ welcome to join) Please sign up for one one class, either Saturday, March 18 or Tuesday March 21.
During this program, we give the spotlight to our native animal ambassadors. Visit us and learn all about the animals we have on exhibit, including an up-close interaction with ones. Free for all ages!

If you are an active adult looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves of Zumba that you love at a lower intensity, this class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
