We believe even the littlest of hands can create extraordinary masterpieces, and Little Picassos is all about discovery and creative experimentation! Each week we will immerse ourselves in the process of making art with the use of a variety of techniques and mediums such as paint, oil pastels, chalk, printing, sculpture, mixed media, and more. Our activities will be hands-on providing a wonderful opportunity for sensory exposure and exercising fine motor skills. All children must be accompanied by an adult and please be aware that there will be the potential for messes so dress accordingly! Space is limited to 12 Little Picassos so please be sure to register early! For ages 3-6.
For beginner play only. This fun sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. The rules are simple and easy for beginners to learn, but the game can become quick, fast-paced and competitive for experienced players. Dining Room
This program gives seniors the opportunity to improve their way of life as well as their mental health through life programs for ages 62 and over. Using gerontology, creative writing and visual arts seniors embrace and share their life stories. Limit 30.
Patterson Park Community Center Gym
Our Homeschool PE classes are designed for ages 8-15 and consist of various physical education activities while promoting good health, sportsmanship, group participation and socialization. Registration required via link. $10 sibling discount.

Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
How's your aim? Want to find out? Come out to the Wilderness Station where an archery instructor will lead a class on the basics of a bow and arrow. 1-mile hike on a paved trail is required to the archery field. In Express Yourself McFadden we will be highlighting incredible artists, well-known and emerging, and then channel our inner artist as we create a unique piece of art in their likeness to take home. Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program. These exercises improve strength, balance and fitness and can help you stay active and reduce your chance of falling. You must have an assessment done by Laura Grissom before starting the class. This new exercise class focuses on stretching through intentional movement to help improve balance and stability. Learn how to increase body awareness when resting and while moving. Exercises will be performed in sitting and standing with opportunities to challenge your balance. Limit 12 Room 206
This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing. Limit 30 Room 204
