Multipurpose Field
8-week obstacle course training program that will result in the opportunity for participants to be ready for local Muddy-Vator event. You will be lifting, jumping, pulling, crawling and running in short bursts. Improve strength, speed, individual achievement, and promotes teamwork. Meets 2 days a week. For ages 16+. Registration begins April 29 via the link below. Headbands and other Incentives handed out during or at conclusion of training program. Cool towels will be provided for use during training times.

This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.

In this class we will focus on core, balance and range of motion. Some resistance techniques may be used in the form of elastic bands or free weights. You must be able to transfer to and from a mat. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of spaces available. For ages 60+. Limit 15. Meets in Room 206.
Open Tai Chi class is open to all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced and is taught by Eli Smith. The cost is $10 per month. Limit 20. Meets in Room 204.
