Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
Owls have unique abilities that most other birds of prey lack. Visit the Wilderness Station to learn about these amazing "superpowers", interact with biofacts, investigate and dissect through an owl pellet, and meet our resident owl ambassador, Huckleberry! Wilderness Station
Check out various science in nature self-guided hands on experiments in the warmth of the Wilderness Station. Such experiments are bird watching at our feeders from the back room windows, learning about how birds are able to make their long migration flights, and more! Weekdays 2-4:30 PM. For all ages.
Power-packed workout that will challenge your whole body! Workout consists of doing 30 reps or 30 second intervals of body-weight exercises or using dumbbell weights to improve balance, strength, agility and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!
