Patterson Park Community Center
Short intense bouts of strength and cardio training followed by short periods of rest. This style of training helps the body burn calories and fat throughout the day.
Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility.
Little kids love to play and that’s what they do while learning to wait their turn,
follow directions and work together to accomplish simple goals. The focus is on
body part recognition, cognitive skill development and of course FUN.

Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
There are many types of turtles that call our local ponds and rivers home. These creatures are so unique since they carry their homes on their back and can live well over 50 years! Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and agility, as well as the feeling of well being. For ages 15+.
Cannonsburgh Village is hosting a Drive-Through Christmas Lights event! Load up the car and enjoy a festive way to add to those cozy holiday memories. Cannonsburgh Village will come to life with a Christmas light display on the first three weekends in December on Fridays, December 2, 9 & 16, Saturdays, December 3, 10, & 17, and Sundays, December 4, 11, & 18, from 5:00-8:00 pm. provide the Holiday Dinner. Celebrate and enjoy the

This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance
and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing. No class 7/4.
