Zumba® Zumba® is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program that fuses Latin rhythms with international music themes. It combines the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. All fitness levels are welcome.
Retro-Fit This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.

Little kids love to play and that’s what they do while learning to wait their turn, follow directions and work together to accomplish simple goals. The focus is on body part recognition, cognitive skill development and of course FUN. For ages 5 and under.
Tai Chi Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and agility, as well as the feeling of well being. For ages 15+.
Listen to live music as you toast marshmallows and eat s'mores around the campfire. An old-fashioned hayride along the Greenway is great fun for the whole family. Price includes hayride and one s'more package, graham cracker, marshmallow and chocolate. There will be hot drinks available too. For all ages.

New Class! Core Basic Mondays & Fridays • 2:15-3:00 pm This class focuses on internal core stability, balance and range of motion. The purpose is to train the internal core (center of gravity) and improve balance and stability. Exercises will be done seated and standing. No class 7/4. Limit 15 Room 204
On Friday, November 4 snacks will be served at 5:00 pm and the play starts at 6:00 pm. On Saturday, November 5 snacks will be served at 12:00 pm and the play starts at 1:00 pm. On Sunday, November 6 snacks will be served a 2:00 pm and the play starts at 2:30 pm.
