A peaceful class to focus on improving your balance, flexibility and core strength while reducing stress. For all fitness levels.
This class concentrates on muscle-building techniques and activities for intermediate to advanced exercisers. It includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, weighted bars, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Ditch the workout...join the party! Zumba is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program, using premarily Latin music.
Based on an ancient Chinese discipline, this class consists of slow movements, gentle postures, deep breathing and relaxed minds and bodies Perfect for all ages and skill levels, this class consists of standing and moving postures, but chairs will be available if needed.

Energetic class doing aerobic, strength training and stretching exercises while seated in a chair…moving to music!
Busy Bees Class (for kids)
A children's class (ages 3-5) where they play physically active games. The instructor plays music and is engaged with them.
Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park
There are many types of turtles that call our local ponds and rivers home. These creatures are so unique since they carry their homes on their back and can live well over 50 years! Come to the Wilderness Station for a meet and greet with our resident Eastern Box Turtles and learn amazing facts using turtle biofacts! For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org. Meet at the Wilderness Station
Join us to hike all the trails of Barfield Crescent park! Hike the red trails of Barfield Park with us. The total hike will be about 3 miles long and end after dark on the paved trails to the Wilderness Station. We will have some headlamps for use if needed. Trail difficulty will be moderate. Power-packed workout that will challenge your whole body! Workout consists of doing 30 reps or 30 second intervals of body-weight exercises or using dumbbell weights to improve balance, strength, agility and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome!
More challenging version of the Metabolic Burn class, using heavier weights with short bursts of cardio training.
A functional fitness full-body workout...8 Zones require basic essential movements (core, mobility, agility and coordination) on a consistent basis. The class consists of 2 rounds incorporating strength and power and a core finisher.
The Young People's Choir is a vocal music ensemble dedicated to providing music education and performance opportunities through ensemble participation for children in the city and county.
For ages 8-18
This will be a way for youth to celebrate national spa week by taking a breather and relaxing. They will have a spa-tacular time with getting manicures, pedicures, facials, spa themed snacks, and other activities. For ages 5-17. Choose your date, November 7-10. Registration begins October 3.

Stop on in and join this very welcoming group of knitters and crocheters and quilters. This group offers inspiration and motivation with your knitting and crocheting and quilters projects. No sign up required. Bring your own supplies.
Volunteers do quilting for people in the community for a donation to the center. Stop by if you want to learn more about quilting and perhaps join in.
In this class we will focus on core, balance, and range
