This 45-minute muscle building class is perfect for beginners, seniors and intermediate exercisers. This class includes standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls. Light cardio bursts may also be included.
Specifically designed fitness class for men and women over 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, and muscle strength, as well as, your flexibility.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength, increase stamina and agility and increase the feeling of well-being. For ages 15+.
