This class consists of basic and advanced moves using a traditional aerobic step. It is designed for most fitness levels and consists of moderate to high impact cardiovascular movements. This class may include standing and floor work and may use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls.
Shake those post-Thanksgiving blues away! Meet in front of the Wilderness Station to indulge in a 3-mile hike of the Marshall Knob Trail! This trail is of moderate difficulty, with plenty of roots and rocks along the way! However, we will be setting an easy pace-be prepared to be distracted by fungi, birds, cool rocks, and more. No registration required. For all ages, but 10+ is recommended.

This class focuses on strength, balance, cardio, core, and range of motion. Saturday class added! You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of spaces available. No class September 6 or October 7. Limit 35. Meets in Room 105.
In this class we will focus on core, balance and range of motion. Some resistance techniques may be used in the form of elastic bands or free weights. You must be able to transfer to and from a mat. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of spaces available. For ages 60+. Limit 10. Meets in Room 206. No class November 25.
Open Tai Chi class is open to all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced and is taught by Eli Smith. The cost is $10 per month. Limit 20. Meets in Room 204. No class December 25.
