City Hall Rotunda
Rutherford County Arts Alliance (RAA) members have collaborated for the third annual rotunda exhibit, along with the 2021 STEAM Festival to bring you the “Science of Creativity.” It is an exhibit that raises the question, “Is creativity a gift waiting to be developed in all of us?” RAA’s diverse display of artistic curiosity, experimentation, as well as the challenge of connecting knowledge with current events, is meant to inspire and pique the imagination.

Whatever you do in life we can help you do it better! A high-intensity program designed to increase overall muscle endurance, strength and help shed unwanted pounds. This workout alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. AM Boot Camp combines intervals of cardio drills and conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout for optimal fat burning. For ages 16+.
Wilderness Station at Barfield Crescent Park Nature Play Area
Little one's first yoga class! Meet us in the Nature Play area outside the Wilderness Station with your yoga mat, blanket, or towel. We will move through simple and fun yoga poses (imagine animal poses like barking like a dog during downward dog). We may add music, art, or an age appropriate mindfulness exercise. Parents are required to stay. You can join us or simply help your child with the poses. This class will utilize classes yoga poses but is just for fun and is NOT taught by a certified yoga instructor! For ages 2-6.
Join us for an exploration hike on Marshall's Knob Trail. We will enjoy fun-filled wilderness activities as we learn about our surroundings. For ages 5+ accompanied by an adult. Call 615-217-3017 to register.
This fun sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. The rules are simple and easy for beginners to learn, but the game can become quick, fast-paced and competitive for experienced players. *An instructional class is held at Sports*Com every Thursday from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. For rules and more information, visit the USA Pickleball Association's website. Our Homeschool PE classes are designed for ages 8-15 and consist of various physical education activities while promoting good health, sportsmanship, group participation and socialization.
Students must be able to swim length of pool (25 yards) without touching the bottom and have basic knowledge of swim strokes. This class is designed for ages 8-16 and focuses on improving stamina and refining strokes.
St. Clair Senior Center
St. Clair is partnering with local ministries in the month of NOVEMBER to gather new or very gently used, clean coats, jackets, gloves, mittens, and winter hats and scarves. You can also donate NEW socks, raincoats or rain boots/shoes. Bring these items to Laura Grissom or June Nicdao or drop off at the front desk. Thank you for making a difference in someone’s life!
