It's hot out, but that shouldn't keep you from challenging yourself. Why not complete a triathlon this summer - the slow and steady way? Swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles over the course of the summer. Track your progress on provided logs, then turn in by the end of the summer (July 31) for a t-shirt. Register at Sports*Com from May 1-May 31. For all ages.

Now on the second and fourth Mondays each month, get your blood pressure checked by our wonderful volunteers and ask them about getting a card to keep track of your BP readings (great to take to your doctor).

There will be some information on propagation, site selection, water and sun requirements, and edible species in the flower beds.
