  1. Toddler Adventures at Cannonsburgh: Winter Walk and Snowflake Craft

    Get some outside time with us during a winter walk through the village. Kids will enjoy looking for ways to stay warm in several of the log cabins, a snowflake craft, and story time. Reservations are now open for the January 27th Toddler Time from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Cannonsburgh Village. Admission is $3.00 per person. Reservations are required and must be received by January 20th. Make your reservation by calling 615-801-2606 or email mbnevills@murfreesborotn.gov. Ages 5 and under.

    February 2 is World Wetlands Day, yet we will be celebrating on February 3. We will meet at Murfree Spring wetland in Murfreesboro. We will look at what a wetland area is and why they are so important. If we are lucky, we will see the resident river otters among other various creatures that live there. FREE! Registration is recommended by calling the Wilderness Station at 615-217-3017. Waivers will need to be signed.
