By entering, I release and hold harmless Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation, sponsors, or interagency partners from any liability. Should the preceding sentence be held to be invalid by any court, then liability is limited to the value of first prize ($75). By entering this contest, I give permission for the City of Murfreesboro and Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department to have unlimited usage of these photographs for marketing purposes without compensation. I understand the ruling of the contest judges will be final and binding.
