In observance of Memorial Day, City Hall and most other City offices will be closed Monday, May 29, 2023. Murfreesboro Transit, the City’s public transportation system, will not run on Memorial Day.
The St. Clair Street Senior Center, Patterson Park Community Center, and Adams Tennis Complex will be closed on Memorial Day.
The Solid Waste Department will be closed Memorial Day. There will be no garbage pick-up on Memorial Day. Monday’s garbage pick-up will be Tuesday, May 30, and Tuesday’s garbage pick-up will be Wednesday, May 31.
Golf: OId Fort, Bloomfield Links and VA Golf Courses will be open for business on Memorial Day.
Boro Beach, at Sports Com, officially opens for the season, Saturday, May 27, 10am - 4:30 pm. Boro Beach will be hosting "Memorial Day Bash" featuring swimming, music, games and prizes on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 10am - 4:30pm
