[ARCHIVED] Road Projects, Patterson Park's new superintendent, and ‘True Blue Pioneers’ 'In the City'

If you’re curious about the City’s plans for improving traffic flow, don’t miss the latest edition of ‘In the City.’ The March episode highlights a list of federal, state and local road projects underway or scheduled from 2020 to 2023.

A hometown product has been promoted to Superintendent of Patterson Park Community Center. Gernell Jenkins shares her Parks and Recreation background and her heart for the community she calls home. Also, hear from some of the eight African American student-athlete pioneers who helped break barriers at MTSU.

The March edition of “In the City” features:

  • With heavy rainfall, clearing the City’s Storm Drains becomes critical to proper storm drainage and preventing street flooding. Watch as the Street Department clears storm drains and learn how citizens can report trouble sports by calling the Street Department at 615-893-4380.

The March 2020 episode is airing on CityTV throughout the month or anytime on YouTube and Facebook.
