Expected Lane Closures: Friday, September 9, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm: The contractor for the Rutherford County Judicial Center construction project will be closing N Church St between E Lytle St and Burton St to backfill the basement walls of the new Judicial Center. Northbound Church St traffic from the Public Square will be detoured onto Lytle St. Access to Rutherford County Parking Lot on the east side of N Church St will be kept open at all times. Appropriate traffic controls will be in-place.
