Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program. These exercises improve strength, balance and fitness and can help you stay active and reduce your chance of falling. You must have an assessment done by Laura Grissom before starting the class. Limit 15. Meets in Room 105.
