The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on October 7, 2020 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2020-413] to rezone approximately 12.6 acres located along Christie Knob Way east of Shelbyville Pike from CH (Highway Commercial District) to PRD (Planned Residential District).  The purpose of the proposed PRD (Tiger Hill Townhomes PRD) is to allow a development consisting of 68 single-family residential attached dwelling units (townhomes).  The application is being made by Celebration Homes, whose representative, Mr. Rob Molchan of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615)-890-7901 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the PRD pattern book are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that they will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
