The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on July 8, 2020 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2020-407] to amend the PUD (Planned Unit District) zoning on approximately 32.6 acres located along Franklin Road, Rucker Lane, Battalion Boulevard, and Swanholme Drive.  The purposes of the proposed PUD (Victory Station PUD) amendment include, but are not limited to, revising the list of permitted uses and formally adding to the PUD the building located at 3781 Franklin RoadThe application is being made by Swanson Development, LP, whose representative, Mr. Matt Taylor of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615)-890-7901 for additional informationA copy of the application is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that it will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider amendments [2020-803] to the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Section 26: Off-Street Parking, Queuing, and Loading.   The proposed amendments include modifications to language regarding off-site parking agreements, parking stall size, and garage parking spaces, among other things.  The request is being made by the City of Murfreesboro Planning Department, which may be contacted at (615)-893-6441 for additional information.  A copy of the proposed amendments is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that it will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearingAll interested parties are invited to attend.
