Property is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-12), located at 2615 Ritz Lane.
Application Z-18-040 by Andy Englehart for George Vernardakis, requesting a 5-foot Variance from the City of Murfreesboro Zoning Ordinance, Chart 2, requiring 12.5 feet side setback for an addition 7.5 feet from the side property line. Property is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-15), located at 1442 Kensington Drive.
Application Z-18-041 by Dayton Brown, requesting a 6-foot Variance from the City of Murfreesboro, Villages of Berkshire-PRD, requiring a 35-feet front setback for a new house to be constructed 29 feet from the front property line.
