The Murfreesboro Police Department is committed to building relationships with our community. Everyone has heard the old slogan, "In an emergency call 9-1-1" but do you know what is considered a true emergency? What questions may be asked? Or the reasons for all the questions? Having a basic understanding of the emergency communication and response system will help to take some of the stress away, ultimately helping us, help you during an emergency.

Helping you to learn what to do during an emergency can help save lives and protect property.
