RESOLUTION 18-R-01 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures for the new police headquarters, Lytle Street Phase 2 project and various street projects (“Hot Spot Program”), be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 18-R-04 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE CITY OF MURFREESBORO, TENNESSEE IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($71,000,000), IN ONE OR MORE SERIES; MAKING PROVISION FOR THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS, ESTABLISHING THE TERMS THEREOF AND THE DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS THEREFROM; AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OF, PREMIUM, IF ANY, AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS

RESOLUTION 18-R-05 establishing payments in lieu of taxes for the Murfreesboro Electric Department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

RESOLUTION 18-R-06 requesting unclaimed balance of accounts remitted to State Treasurer under Unclaimed Property Act. 

RESOLUTION 18-R-07 to approve the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Organization (NASPO-Value Point) as a purchasing cooperative option under the City’s Procurement Code.

RESOLUTION 18-R-08 requesting assistance from the Tennessee Department of Transportation for roadway improvements associated with development of a site for Sazerac of Tennessee, LLC (“Sazerac”).

RESOLUTION 18-R-09 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures to complete the Doug Young Public Safety Training Facility, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 18-R-10 approving the budget of the Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Department for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

RESOLUTION 18-R-11 approving the budget of the Stormwater Utility Management Fund for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

RESOLUTION 18-R-12 approving the budget of the Murfreesboro City Schools for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019, which budget includes the general purpose fund, the extended school program fund, the federal and state program funds, the cafeteria fund, and the debt service fund.

RESOLUTION 18-R-13 approving the budget of the Evergreen Cemetery for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

RESOLUTION 18-R-14 approving the budget of the Murfreesboro Electric Department for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

RESOLUTION 18-R-15 to provide other post-employment benefits for retirees for FY 2018-2019.

RESOLUTION 18-R-16 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects and related expenditures for a new elementary school on the southwest side of Murfreesboro and infrastructure related thereto, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 18-R-17 amending 2017-2018 budgets for the Murfreesboro City Schools (1st amendment).

RESOLUTION 18-R-18 establishing Septic Tank Effluent Pump (STEP) development fees for design review and inspection.

RESOLUTION 18-R-19 authorizing the one-time sale, possession and use of beer at Richard Siegel Park during the 2018 Murfreesboro Hot Air Balloon Festival pursuant to the terms of the Use Agreement.

RESOLUTION 18-R-20 amending the 2018-2019 Murfreesboro City Schools Budget (1st Amendment).

RESOLUTION 18-R-21 authorizing an increase in application, review, and permit fees assessed by the Planning Department and Board of Zoning Appeals. 

RESOLUTION 18-R-22 naming certain property donated to the City of Murfreesboro as “Mark Pirtle Blueway Park”.  

RESOLUTION 18-R-23 establishing the time of City Council meetings.

RESOLUTION 18-R-24 adopting a Schedule of Fees for Permits Issued by the City of Murfreesboro Building and Codes Department.

RESOLUTION 18-R-26 establishing fees for issuance of sign permits pursuant to Chapter 25.2, the Sign Ordinance.

RESOLUTION 18-R-27 declaring the intention of the City to utilization of the funds received from the sale of a certain tract of land to be released from the Grant restrictions related to the acquisition of the property exclusively to offset costs of constructing a new Terminal Building and related facilities at the Murfreesboro Airport.

RESOLUTION 18-R-28 dissolving the Tennis Committee.

RESOLUTION 18-R-29 setting compensation for the City Council liaison to Murfreesboro City School Board.

RESOLUTION 18-R-30 authorizing a flat application fee for annexation requests and revising the application fee for Special Use Permits that are exempt from Board of Zoning Appeals (“BZA”) review and qualify for administrative approval.

RESOLUTION 18-R-31 authorizing development of an application for installation of small wireless facilities (aka small cell facilities) and designating small wireless facility fees.

RESOLUTION 18-R-32 expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain public works projects, and related expenditures to purchase self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) firefighter equipment, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

RESOLUTION 18-R-33 expressing official intent that certain expenditures related to the construction of the Doug Young Public Safety Training Facility, including specifically, expenditures for completion of the site work package and practical components, be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued or incurred by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
