LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on June 7, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-417] to rezone approximately 6.11 acres located along Jackson Alan Drive and Suzanne Landon Drive from PCD (Planned Commercial District) to PRD (Planned Residential District).  The proposed PRD zoning plan includes forty-two (42) single-family attached dwelling units.  The application is being made by Land Questor, LLC, whose representative, Mr. Larry Gilliland, may be contacted at (615) 896-2733 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the PRD zoning plan are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.


The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on June 7, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-415] to amend the PSO (Planned Signage Overlay District) zoning for the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital PSO located along Medical Center Parkway.  The proposed changes include additional signage on the Seton Office Building.  The application is being made by Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, whose representative, Mr. Joseph Pino, may be contacted at (615) 222-6595 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the proposed PSO amendment are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-410] to rezone approximately 43.2 acres located along Veterans Parkway and Vaughn Road from RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District 15) to CH (Highway Commercial District).  The application is being made by Ms. Joy Pratt Hord, Mr. David McCullough, Mr. H. The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on June 7, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider amendments [2017-807] to the Zoning Ordinance as regards Section 4: Comprehensive Plan and Procedure.  The proposed amendments will delete the existing Section 4 and replace it with a new Section 4 entitled General Plan and Procedure.  A copy of the proposed amendments is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  The application is being made by the Murfreesboro Planning and Legal Departments.
