LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on October 5, 2016 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider a petition for annexation [2016-512] and the adoption of a Plan of Services for approximately 77.1 acres located along Manchester Pike and Dilton Mankin Road.  The annexation includes approximately 2,100 linear feet of Manchester Pike right-of-way and approximately 1,800 linear feet of Dilton Mankin Road right-of-way.  The petition is being made by the Mankin Family Limited Partnership, whose representative, Mr. Matt Taylor of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615) 890-7901 for additional information.  A copy of the Plan of Services is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that a copy will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.


The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on October 5, 2016 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W.
