LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on August 2, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-424] to rezone approximately 21.93 acres located along Joe B. Jackson Parkway and Manchester Pike from CH (Highway Commercial District) to PRD (Planned Residential Development).  The proposed PRD would allow 199 single-family attached dwelling units (townhouses).  The application is being made by Richland South LLC, whose representative Rob Molchan of SEC Inc. may be contacted at (615) 890-7901 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the proposed PRD zoning plan are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

 


The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on August 2, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-425] to rezone approximately 24.15 acres located along Shelbyville Pike and Joe B. Jackson Parkway from PCD (Planned Commercial District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).  The proposed PUD would allow approximately 198,000 square feet of commercial space, 30 single-family attached dwelling units (townhouses), and four single-family detached dwelling units.  The application is being made by Carl Storey, whose representative Matt Rhule of CESO may be contacted at (615) 928-5125 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the proposed PUD zoning plan are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on August 2, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-423] to amend the Kimbro Woods PRD (Planned Residential District) zoning on approximately 74 acres located along Saint Andrews Drive and to rezone approximately 8.91 acres along Veterans Parkway from RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District 15) to PRD.  The proposed amendment to the existing Kimbro Woods PRD includes setting a minimum lot size of 6,000 square-feet as well as modifying the existing subdivision layout, the setbacks, and the exterior buildings material requirements.  It also includes the addition of an amenity lot and the incorporation of the additional 8.91 acres currently zoned RS-15 into the Kimbro Woods PRD.  The application is being made by Kimbro Development Group, LLC, whose representative Mr. Clyde Rountree of Huddleston-Steele Engineering, Inc., may be contacted at (615) 893-4084 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the proposed PRD zoning plan are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615) 893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
