Construction

Land development construction activities require a Murfreesboro Land Disturbance Permit (LDP). To apply for a permit, you must submit the LDP application form, along with an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. (If your work involves crossing a stream, you must submit the state-approved work plan and ARAP permit.)

Storm Water Advisory Committee (SWAC)

The Storm Water Advisory Committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 11:45 AM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. An agenda is available. The public is invited to attend all meetings.
