- Leak Adjustment Form - A bill that is substantially higher than normal due to a water leak may be eligible for reduction. Please call Customer Service at (615) 848-3209 before downloading and submitting this form.

- City of Murfreesboro’s Annual Report - The City has submitted its annual report to the State Department of Environment and Conservation. The report covers fiscal year July 1 - June 30.
- Storm Water Management Ordinance - The ordinance establishes requirements for the Land Disturbance Permit and storm water concept plans and storm water management plans. The ordinance prohibits unpermitted non-Storm Water (illicit) discharges into the storm sewer system.
- Land Disturbance Permit - Beginning January 1, 2005, if you are intending to disturb one acre or more of land for construction of a new building, development of a subdivision, installation of utility lines, or other non-agriculture land use, then you must obtain the City’s Land Disturbance Permit (LDP).
