Adult Gym - Used for Dining	Full Set-Up / Take down - Hourly rate + $125.00 set-up (60 tables/480 chairs)
	1/2 Set-Up - Hourly rate + $75.00 set-up (30 tables/240 chairs)
	Cleaning Deposit/Extended Time - $150.00*
Youth Gym	$40.00/hour + $150.00 Cleaning Deposit*
Racquetball Court	$4.00/hr/person/court or free with Premium Pass
Water Park	$75.00/hr - Groups of 50 or less
	$100.00/hr - Groups of 51-75
	$125.00/hr - Groups of 76-100
	Cleaning Deposit/Extended Time - $50.00*
Theatre at Patterson Park	Meeting - $50.00/hr + $50.00 Cleaning Deposit/Extended Time*
	Dance Recital, Talent Show, etc. - $75.00/hr or 25% gross ticket sales - whichever is greater + $250.00 Cleaning Deposit/Extended Time*
	Theatre Production - $1500/wk or 25% gross ticket sales - whichever is greater + $250.00 Cleaning Deposit/Extended Time*
Aerobic / Dance Studio	$30.00
Entire Center	Calculated by areas, hours, utilized & required staff
Overnight	Calculated by areas, hours, utilized & required staff
Equipment Rentals	Call for listing.
*Refundable is area is cleaned after event and rental is during allotted time.

*NOTE: Adult Gym rental for non-sport special event, add $60.00 for set-up and take down.
