Welcome! from Tracy Wilkins, Manager Old Fort Golf Course
Thank you for your interest in Old Fort Golf Course. I hope your game is in mid-season form so you can enjoy one of the areas finest public facilities. The staff would like to welcome you and extend a hand in making sure your experience at Old Fort is enjoyable and one that you are sure to remember. Whether you are practicing on one of our two 8,000 square foot putting and chipping greens, hitting on the driving range or enjoying a round of golf, we hope your experience leaves you wanting to come back and bring a friend with you. Old Fort is committed to offering the finest quality golfing experience at the most affordable rates possible. Our staff is our greatest asset both in the golf shop and on the course. The pride we all take in our work shows through in the way everyone is made to feel welcome and in the time and effort put in to make sure the golf course is in top condition at all times.
The City of Murfreesboro established the golf course in 1985 to provide its citizens with a place to enjoy the outdoors while exercising and improving their golf games. The programs established to enhance the game for juniors, seniors, and everyone in between are some of the ways we are making your golfing needs a high priority. Junior clinics along with beginning and intermediate classes are offered at either the Old Fort Golf Course or the Veterans Administration Golf Course. Whatever it takes to make your day one to remember we try our best to make it happen. So please come and join us for a great day of golf and fellowship on the golf course.
