The Channel 3 Programming schedule lists broadcast times for city council and other government meetings and programs.
The Channel 3 programming policy and procedures govern the program sources, priorities and scheduling for the city's government access channel.
If you are a city resident and have contacted Comcast about a problem or question but have been unsuccessful in resolving your issue, feel free to download the Cable TV Complaint Form, complete the top portion, and submit it to the City Cable Television Department for resolution.
Download Cable Channel 3's Tape Duplication Policy and Tape Copy Request Form for copies of meetings and/or programs recorded by the department.
