Notice of Public Hearing - Ordinance 13-OZ-22

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, June 6, 2013, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 13-OZ-22 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the attached map from Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District to Highway Commercial (CH) District.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, June 6, 2013, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 13-OZ-23 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the attached map from Residential Multi-Family Twelve (RM-12) District to Highway Commercial (CH) District.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the City Council of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, in said City on Thursday, June 6, 2013, beginning at 7:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering a proposed amendatory Ordinance 13-OZ-24 amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, constituting a part of said Zoning Ordinance, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to said Ordinance.  The proposed amendatory Ordinance, if and when effective, will amend said Zoning Ordinance to rezone the territory indicated on the attached map from Commercial Fringe (CF) District and Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District  to Highway Commercial (CH) District, from Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District to Local Commercial (CL) District, from Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District to Residential Zero Lot-Line (RZ) District, from Single-Family Residential Fifteen (RS-15) District to Residential Multi-Family Sixteen (RM-16) District.

  If you would like to address the city council, planning or other commission during a public hearing, please help us by: 

  1. Speaking only after you have approached the microphone at the podium; clearly stating your name and address and identifying any party or group you represent at the beginning of your remarks
  2. Speaking only once, unless you have asked a question and the answer has interrupted your discussion
  3. Speaking only for three (3) minutes unless you represent a group; if you represent a group, you may speak for five (5) minutes. You should identify the group and ask members present to raise their hand
  4. When possible, avoid repeating in detail the same comments already made by other speakers
  5. Leaving any exhibits, photographs, petitions, handouts, etc. with the planning department to include in the file; and by
  6. Leaving the meeting room quietly after the matter in which you are interested has been concluded.
