 1. A. Consider recommendations of the Fire Chief with regards to bids for the purchase of loose equipment for the new Pierce 75’ Aerial. 
  B. Consider recommendations of the City Manager with regards to reallocation of pledge to fund bid for TSSAA Football Championship to Spring Fling. 
  C. Consider recommendations of the Community Development Director with regards to approval of a change order for property located at 424 Bragg Avenue, Smyrna, TN.   D. Consider recommendations of the Community Development Grant Administrator with regards to use of funds through the Affordable Housing Assistance Program for properties located at 811 Hunt Street and 1224 Eastwoods Drive.

3. Conduct a public hearing and consider for approval a Certificate of Compliance for Kevin McKemy and Robin Anne McKemy at City Limits Liquor, 5353 NW Broad Street.

 4. A. Pursuant to RESOLUTION 10-OZ-R 28 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 2010, conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed amendment to rezone approximately 4.4 acres along Greenland Drive and North University Street (AREA 4) from Medical-Residential (CM-R) District to General Office-Residential (OG-R) District; City of Murfreesboro Planning Staff, applicant [2010-413]. Notice of said public hearing was published in the June 27, 2010 issue of a local newspaper.
  B. Consider for passage on first reading ORDINANCE 10-OZ-28 to rezone an area along Greenland Drive and North University Street (AREA 4) to General Office-Residential (OG-R) District.

 5. A. Pursuant to RESOLUTION 10-OA-R-29 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 2010, conduct a public hearing to consider annexation of approximately 12.92 acres located north of Franklin Road and east of Veterans Parkway and to adopt for same a Plan of Services; Storage House Development Company and Planning Staff, applicants [2010-501]. Notice of said public hearing was published in the June 27, 2010 issue of a local newspaper.
  B. Consider for passage on first reading ORDINANCE 10-OA-29 to annex an area located north of Franklin Road and east of Veterans Parkway and to adopt for same a Plan of Services.

 6. A. Pursuant to RESOLUTION 10-OZ-R-30 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 2010, conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed amendment to zone approximately 12.92 acres located north of Franklin Road and east of Veterans Parkway as Highway Commercial (CH) District, simultaneous with annexation; Storage House Development Company, applicant [2010-415]. Notice of said public hearing was published in the June 27, 2010 issue of a local newspaper.
  B. Consider for passage on first reading ORDINANCE 10-OZ-30 to zone an area located north of Franklin Road and east of Veterans Parkway as Highway Commercial (CH) District.
  
 7. Consider recommendations of the City Engineer with regards to bids for the construction of Haynes Drive improvements.

8. Implementation of Defined Contribution Retirement Plan:
  A. Letter from City Attorney and Accompanying Documents.
  B. Consider for adoption RESOLUTION 10-R-21 regarding establishment of a governmental money purchase (“401”) plan for City employees hired on or after July 1, 2010.
  C. Consider for adoption RESOLUTION 10-R-22 regarding establishment of a deferred compensation (“457”) plan for City employees hired on or after July 1, 2010.
  D. Consider for adoption RESOLUTION 10-R-23 regarding amendment of the Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
