Available Parcels

The City has over 100 acres available for sale in the Murfreesboro Gateway project. This includes two 25-acre sites reserved for corporate headquarter projects. The City is interested in attracting projects that will generate new jobs in the community. While we are excited about the new medical facilities planned and constructed, at this time the Gateway Commission is not entertaining any additional developments featuring medical office buildings and/or physician’s offices.
