LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will meet at 7:00 PM on September 1, 2010, in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the (attached) illustrated zoning request [2010-419] for a parcel located east of February Street, just north of Bridge Avenue (approximately 0.32 acres). The request is to rezone the parcel from RM-12 (Multi-Family, Residential District) to RS-4 (Single-Family, Residential District). Two houses are currently located on the property- 215 February Street and 219 February Street. The applicant is requesting to rezone the parcel to RS-4 to allow the property to be subdivided into two lots in order for each existing house to be on a separate lot of record. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider the (attached) illustrated zoning request [2009-422] for a parcel located west of Manchester Pike (Highway 41) north of Joe B Jackson Parkway (approximately 34.24 acres). The request is to rezone the parcel from RS-15 (Single-Family, Residential District) to RM-16 (Multi-Family, Residential District). One
single-family house is currently located on the property and is addressed as 3200 Manchester Pike. The applicant is requesting to rezone the parcel to RM-16 to allow the property to be developed with apartments at a density of 16 dwelling units per acre (approx. 548 dwelling units). The request is to rezone the parcels from RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District) to OG-R (General Office District -Residential). The property

1. Speaking only after you have approached the microphone at the podium; clearly stating your name and address and identifying any party or group you represent at the beginning of your remarks 
2. Speaking only once, unless you have asked a question and the answer has interrupted your discussion 
3. Speaking only for three (3) minutes unless you represent a group; if you represent a group, you may speak for five (5) minutes. You should identify the group and ask members present to raise their hand 
4. When possible, avoid repeating in detail the same comments already made by other speakers 
5. Leaving any exhibits, photographs, petitions, handouts, etc. with the planning department to include in the file; and by 
6. Leaving the meeting room quietly after the matter in which you are interested has been concluded.
