The Wellness Center at Sport*Com comprises the entire upper level. It includes an indoor track, free weights and stretching area, weight machines and a cardio section. On the first floor, the aerobics studio features classes ranging from improving aerobic endurance to strengthen and toning muscles, including the popular Zumba. Cardio
The cardio section includes six treadmills, four bikes, two elliptical machines, two stair climbers, three airdyne exercise bikes, a rower and a Sci Fit total body recumbent bike. In addition, our aerobics studio offers a wide variety of classes. Click here for a list of exercise classes.

Circuit and resistance
The weight room has a full circuit of selectorized weight machines for a total body weight lifting experience.

Free weights and stretching
The free weight area consists of a variety of dumbbells and pre-weighted barbells and benches. The stretching area offers exercise balls, mats and stretching charts.
