It's going to be fun on Sunday afternoons. January is time to weave and in February, we will decorate for Valentine's Day. This event occurs again Feb. 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. in Patterson Community Center. The fee is a bag of nonperishable food items per family for a local charity. Join us for our first ever swimathon in Patterson Community Center. We will have a timed mile swim (33 laps) that is sure to test your endurance and swimming abilities. There will be a staggered start beginning at 8 a.m. based on your predicted finishing time. A commemorative t-shirt is included in the $20 registration fee. Prizes will be given to the top two finishers in the male and female divisions. Registration is required before Jan. 15, 2010. Please contact the Aquatics Office at 893-7439 for rules and regulations. There will be motivators and times for each swimmer. Space is limited so register today.
