Invitations to Bid

The City of Murfreesboro will receive and publicly open sealed bids as stated below.  Invitations to Bid are subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, addenda and any other elements in the Invitation to Bid, including those incorporated by reference. All bid responses must be received on or before the date and time of the bid opening.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the location stated in the Invitation to Bid.   When sealed bids are required, bids may not be submitted by facsimile or electronically.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

  Specifications for Bulk Fuel may be obtained from the office of the City Manager, 111 W. Vine Street, P. O. Box 1139, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37130, during normal working hours or download it here.  Sealed bids will be opened June 10, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Office at Murfreesboro City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN  37130.
