    Join us for this 2-hour fitness event specifically for our senior patrons. Our Group Fitness Instructors will teach 5 exercise classes offered at Patterson Park; with only a 20-minute "sampling" of each class. You can take as few or as many as you would like! These classes will combine cardiovascular and strength training for all systems of the body. Participants will focus on movement, endurance, stamina, flexibility, and coordination. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring your water bottle and a friend!
