At Sports Camp, participants will explore a variety of sports and activities from the traditional to the unconventional. Emphasis is on sportsmanship, good attitudes, teamwork and fun. Participants will play dodge ball, flag football, kickball, softball/baseball and floor hockey along with many other active games. They will also enjoy a fun afternoon of swimming at Boro Beach, the outdoor pool at Sports*Com. This camp is one of the best, affordable camps in Murfreesboro. Sign up early to secure your child’s spot. For ages 8-14.

This fun sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. The rules are simple and easy for beginners to learn, but the games can become fast-paced and competitive for experienced players. For 18+.
Are you looking for a challenge? Hike 26.2 miles at Barfield Crescent Park in the month of July and earn a super-soft marathon t-shirt! All miles must be hiked on the honor system here in Barfield. All registrants will receive a mileage tracker. Registration is online at murfreesboroparks.com or in person at the Wilderness Station. Hike more, worry less! For all ages.

The Murfreesboro Adult Basketball League is a great way for adult athletes to be competitive, stay in shape, and continue to play the game. This league offers full court games with qualified officials and scorekeepers weekly. The league is divided into two divisions: An A (competitive) division and a B (rec) division. Registration is the month of July. League play begins in August. Games will be played at 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Toddlers love to play, and that’s what they do while learning to wait their turn, follow directions and work together to accomplish simple goals. The focus is on body part recognition, cognitive skill development and FUN. For ages 5 and under.

Each week we will explore a new topic specific to Middle Tennessee! Come enjoy the beautiful Greenway with us and learn new things – rain or shine! For ages 7 and under.

Join us under the stars for a fun, family-friendly movie night featuring “Wonder Park.” The movie stars Sofia Mali, Jennifer Garner, Kenan Thompson, Ken Hudson Campbell, and John Oliver and is rated PG. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. You are welcome to bring your own snacks as concessions may be limited.

This class focuses on strength, balance, cardio, core, and range of motion. You must sign up for all classes due to the limited number of spaces available. No classes May 3, 4 and 24-26.

Gentle yoga for seniors that is suitable for beginning to intermediate level. You must be able to lie down and stand up without assistance for this class. Mats are provided or you may bring your own. Sign up and pay by April 30.

The “Stuff the Bus” campaign occurs annually to ensure that our most at-risk students have everything they need to start their school year off ready to learn. Items needed for the “Stuff the Bus” Drive include backpacks, color pencils, crayons, dry erase markers, glue sticks, composition notebooks, and scissors.
