This class will work on strengthening, stretching and aligning your body from the floor up and the neck down to make you steady, strong and hopefully pain free. All classes may include standing, sitting and mat/floor work, stretching, body weight exercises, light weights, bands, foam rollers and massage balls. For ages 18+.
