For ages 1-4 with adult. Welcome to the Wilderness! Introduce your child to the wonders of nature in this fun-filled class designed just for them. Each week the adventure starts with unique songs and a discussion about the animal of the week. We reinforce each topic with a simple craft and a nature hike or fun activity. learn about the wonderful, wacky wildlife that lives in Tennessee. Registration is required. Our Homeschool PE classes are designed for ages 6-15 and consist of various physical education activities while promoting good health, sportsmanship, group participation and socialization. We now have two classes. No class when city schools are out.

Yoga is wonderful for your mind, body and spirit. It concentrates on breathing, stretching and relaxing. Movements in class utilize props such as chairs, weights, blocks, and bands. Limited to 25 in class.

fitness program. These exercises improve strength, balance and fitness and can help you stay active and reduce your chance of falling. Register for class by July 5.
