It's hot out, but that shouldn't keep you from challenging yourself. Why not complete a triathlon this summer - the slow and steady way? Swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles over the course of the summer. Track your progress on provided logs, then turn in by the end of the summer (July 31) for a t-shirt. Register at Sports*Com from May 1-May 31. For all ages.

Learn how to make this stained-glass butterfly using hobby came and a recycled old spoon. This workshop is 5 hours split into two sessions over a two-week period. Materials & tools are supplied. Stained glass experience not necessary, but preferred.

The COPD Foundation’s H4H class is a good way to exercise your lungs, learn how to play the harmonica, and meet new friends. No music background is needed! Meets in Room R502.
