  4. Get Up Off That Floor!

    For some people, the floor is their greatest nemesis--once they are down on it, they can’t get back up. This is an important functional and life skill many people lose as they get older. This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the muscles and joints needed to make getting down and up easier. There will be seated and standing exercises in this class and LOTS of actual getting down to the floor and getting back up. There will be no class on November 29. Ages: Adult

  5. 21st Annual Fall Harvest Hayride

    Listen to live music as you toast marshmallows and eat s’mores around the campfire. An old-fashioned hayride along the Greenway is great fun for the whole family.
