    Welcome to the Wilderness! Introduce your child to the wonders of nature in this fun-filled class designed just for them. Each week the adventure starts with unique songs and a discussion about the animal of the week. We reinforce each topic with a simple craft and a nature hike or fun activity. Join us each Wednesday, and learn about the wonderful, wacky wildlife that lives in Tennessee. Registration is required. Please call the Tuesday before class to register.     Your upper body takes a beating all day. Problems at the top can work their way down through the rest of the body, causing tightness, misalignment and pain. This class will work on strengthening, stretching and aligning your mid and upper back, shoulders, chest and arms to get you upright and moving right. All classes may include standing, sitting and mat/floor work, stretching, body weight exercises, light weights, bands, foam rollers and massage balls. This class runs from September to December.
