Toddlers love to play, and that's what they do while learning to wait their turn, follow directions and work together to accomplish simple goals. The focus is on body part recognition, cognitive skill development, and of course, FUN!

For some people, the floor is their greatest nemesis--once they are down on it, they can’t get back up. This is an important functional and life skill many people lose as they get older. This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the muscles and joints needed to make getting down and up easier. There will be seated and standing exercises in this class and LOTS of actual getting down to the floor and getting back up. There will be no class on November 29. Ages: Adult

Make plans this November to support our all-youth cast as they present the full-length production of “The Music Man.” “The Music Man” follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band that he vows to organize – this, despite the fact that he doesn’t know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain’s fall. A Barber Shop Quartet, stuffy town mayor, and a flock of River City busybodies makes this family-friendly performance the perfect way to kick off the holiday season! Show for all ages.

No knowledge on how to use the computer? No problem. Step into this very informative class and learn the ropes! This small class allows the instructor, Tony Cuomo, to work closely with his students. You will learn how to create e-mail accounts, surf the web, and address any questions &/or issues you may have concerning the use of the computer. Limit 4 Room E302

Coloring books, simple puzzles, games, and crafts will be available for this self-led program. Open to all including those who are intellectually challenged, have dementia, or Alzheimer’s over the age of 60. At least one caregiver must always be present. Room R406
