Greenway Trail

In 2007, the City will construct the Gateway Trail, which will connect the existing Stones River Greenway System to the Gateway. The first phase will include 2.2 miles of trails on the north side of Medical Center Parkway. These trails are available for you to enjoy nature hikes, walking, running, bicycling, or in-line skating  The Murfreesboro Greenway System connects historical sites, parks, neighborhoods and businesses; it also serves as a conservation corridor to preserve precious natural and cultural resources.
