These prices assume purchase of the entire parcel. The purchase of less than the full parcel will likely require a higher per square foot cost.

Notes:

1. Portions of Parcels ___ are within the 100-year flood elevation;
2. The extension of utilities and sidewalk construction are at the expense of the developer.
3. Developers should also review the Design Guidelines and Zoning Ordinance.
