Outparcels

The City of Murfreesboro has parcels available for sale on Medical Center Parkway ( Broad Street to the cell tower on the north side of Medical Center Parkway). There are also parcels available on Hanson Court and Rosebank Drive. The City is looking for sustainable projects that will be compatible with the Gateway project in terms of use, quality of construction, building materials and landscaping.

Interested parties are encouraged to review the city’s design guidelines and land sale process. At the current time, the City has not developed pricing guidelines for the parcels located between the cell tower and Broad Street. Pricing for parcels will be negotiated based upon recent comparables.
