Murfreesboro Medical Clinic

The Medical Clinic on Highland Avenue was originally constructed in 1979 with additions in 1990 and 1997. It is currently 122,000 sf.

The Medical Clinic purchased 20 acres to build a single medical office building of approximately 205,000 sf. It will include physicians’ offices, outpatient surgery center, laboratory and radiology departments. An additional building for ancillary services may also be built on the property.

Phase I is scheduled to include a 50,000 sf building, which would be built after all necessary approvals and certificates of need are obtained. The final phase would be completed in 2013 at the conclusion of their current Highland Avenue lease.
